Hybrid Mom in the news

Working moms – we need all the support, validation, and open bars we can get.

A friend of mine asked why people don’t use the term “working dad” too often?

For the same reason “moderate Muslim,” “Christian thinker,” and “feminist with a hot body and great sense of humor” doesn’t come rolling off the tongue.

Such creatures exist, but too infrequently to warrant consideration.

Or their own clothing line.

Where was I? Oh yes…support.

Working moms have support and a home in the pages of Hybrid Mom. This is a magazine that encourages us to value our drive and intelligence rather than suppress it – even if such delusion is one of “10 Ways to Keep Your Man.”

And they made national news in a segment put together by Maria Shriver.

So suck that, Cosmo.

Coming to a Today Show near you…

Full Disclosure: I write for Hybrid Mom. Because this feminist with a hot body and great sense of humor needs a home, too. And support. And validation.

Still working on the open bar.

As a man who raised two daughters on his own, it’s good to know that there is a reason why I don’t “warrant consideration”.
We are rare, like a diamond, not common, like silica.
And the grown children are validation enough.
