Whatever you are, join Equality Florida – we are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers who:
- look good in spandex.
- care about equality.
- want to share their enthusiasm with others.
- can suck-start a Harley from 50 ft. away.
- know better than to mix plaids and prints.

Volunteer shifts typically last three hours, and involve flirting, engaging drunk pride-goers, flirting, signing up new members, buying me drinks, flirting, and spreading the word about Equality Florida’s work.
