On the Road Again
In about seven hours, I will be traveling from Colorado Springs.
To South Dakota.
In February.With a video camera and a smile.
Can't wait to see what I see.
Show me the way, badlands.

ain't many peeps wishin to be you this weekend, that's for sure. south dakota in february -- better check to see if it's open, i think they close it for repairs in february.
One of the best vacations we took was to South Dakota, but it was in October ... beautiful country, Deadwood is a fun town, and Spearfish Canyon is awesome. Have a great time! If you go by Wall Drug, be sure to get a bumper sticker and a jackalope. We did!
South Dakota? In February? Why?
I dunno - I thought it'd be fun. And it has been. We've seen Crazy Horse, Rushmore, the Black Hills.
Of course, trying to start a more vegan diet in South Dakota is rough. The restaurant tonight didn't have a single piece of fruit in the entire place.
And Chase, Deadwood is adorable. We're staying in Spearfish. Fun! Even if I am a bit hungry...
Yeah, Rushmore is cool. I thought Bill Murray was great in it.
