Pretty!

... until you have to drive in it.

I moved back home to NM from Chicago to get away from the cold weather (among other things) and today it is 49 degrees in ABQ and 72 degrees in Chicago.

Go figure.
Global warming, anyone?

Although... geez, Colorado has to be one of the snowiest (is that a word?) states. Must be a total shock coming from Florida...

:)

Climate Change seems to have made things in Colorado more... well, snowy than usual. I mean, I remember the record snow last year.

On the flip side, most of the Southeast and the Southwest are in drought conditions. Witness the emergency declaration in Georgia (helped, in part, by lack of planning for an exploding population) and the fires charring up southern California .

yes, I couldn't help but think of Florida while running along the banks of the Mississippi this weekend. Couldn't believe the weather - just like a gorgeous FL Oct day. I'm sure the snow will be coming soon enough...
