The Tampa Tribune published my op-ed about the anniversary of 9/11 on Wednesday. They also printed one of my "ugly" pictures alongside it. Be thankful the pic isn't included in the link.

That was a great op-ed piece. It actually made me tear up a little. Sure, that might just be allergies, but I'm choosing to believe otherwise.
You can't control how ugly you are don't be upset as you get older it will only get worse. Just hope your husband doesn't get glasses.
Congrats on getting published! I now have another one to add to my "I know people..." list. :D
Bah, you don't need to look for a teaching gig when you leave for the Springs again. You need to find an editor smart enough to hire you as an opinion columnist.

Dropped by to say Hi! after reading your yahoo post in the IWW's Writing list. Your personal essay is lovely. It is indeed a difficult task to explain evil to normal, warm hearted people. Tougher still to explain such concepts to innocent little children. you've done a great job.
