Sure Shot

Jim Davis' new television ad is available for your viewing pleasure. Problems with homeowners insurance, including higher rates, combined with a sluggish real estate market is making it particularly hard to sell my lovely home.

I would like a governor on my side, for a change.

Yeah - standing in front of a helicopter with a private jet in the background yelling at reporters for a political ad is SO masculine. I'd rather vote for a caring "lightweight" than an idiot.

You know, annonymous, I guess you are seriously insecure. For starters, you're hiding every time you come on to Kate's site. Secondly, you try to dismiss Davis and shit on Kate's support of Davis time and again. Why? The only answer is fear -- fear that she's right and you're wrong.

Hell, you keep posting for people to join the ROD SQUAD but you're too inept to figure out you should actually point to something Rod orientated to show readers WHY they should join the Rod Squad.

If you think your show of insecurity is going to do it, I got news for ya... It ain't.

Any idea how much harder it would be to sell your home if we didn't allow federally subsidized flood insurance to do its job? Closing this so-called 'loophole' would make homeowners liable for getting private flood insurance, which the state and national legislatures have both acknowledged is unaffordable, thus the impetus for federally-funded flood insurace.

Your boy has no idea what he's talking about.
